okay..... hello evrybody. i just realise that my last posting was early last month... yiekkksss!!! that was so long ago. well, my laptop was spoilt last week and i didnt have comp for almost 1 and 1/2 weeks, i found out that much of our lives actualy revolves around computers and technology, dont you think so??? the laptop hinge and the screen cover are spoilt, hey i am using present tense here bcos laptop is still screwed. i sent in for repair but the engineer tols me that the video card, graphic card, bla bla bla in mother board were all not working. all terms that he used sound strange to me. well, i am not a comp-genius so i just said ah hah, ah hah, ya , ya... then he advised me not to change hinge and screen cover cos not worth paying the 300bucks for spoilt laptop. but guess wad, i didnt even realise that the pc inside was spoilt. i mean i just use it to go online, watch dramas, do simple project and typing... so i didnt encounter any problems at all. i guess my sister and i are just computer dummies who dont really know the amazing stuff and jobs that pc can do. so i am not going to pay 600bucks for the mother board and $250 for hinge and screen cover and $300 for battery that is spoilt too. with about $1000 and abit more money can get me another brand knew laptop. as of now, my comp is able to run with ac adapter, doing simple stuffs and lcd screen that has only 1 hinge to support itself. hahaha. come on!!! it is working, i hope it'll last for at least another year bfr retiring =)

okay, i needd some advice here, i signed up for 3 things during the holiday, firstly work attachment to national dental centre. second cip in the zoo for zoolympic. third, overseas cip to bintan. promble no 1, i think the work attachment and zoolympic clash on the 4 and 5 june. i thought there are 2 different dates for the attachment but when i ask the teacher-in-charge she mentioned that only one slot. i must clarify abt the date with her tmr. cos couldnt find her bcos it was too late. btw, i sign up for dentistry saying that i am so interested but i am actully not really interested. i just wonder if i join this and i aplly for accountancy for university admission, will the uni start questioning where my real interest lies? will the work attachment that is not related to the fiels that i am applying put me in an undesirable position? next problem, the overseas cip cost $600 and school cant subsidie my cost bcos i am a foriegner... cannot use moe money to subsidise foreigners. i am so dissapointed. didnt i pay the school fee at higher cost? am i not a student in the school? why? i am fine with that now, i cant blame them right. let just put it that i need to pay 600 dollars. is it worthwhile? i mean yes i want to help and sacrifice my time for the good deed. but doesnt it seem that the money is more effective in helping than the human effort? without money there is no help given as no material to give, no raw material to build stuffs. money does matter most of the time but not all the time. so i am in dilema now... because there is a crucial problem that is i need to go back to indo this holiday too. i want to meet my grandpa, grandma, papa and mama... if i go for the cip that is at 3rd and 4th wk of holiday i will not be able to go back to solo. haizzzz... dilema is a good word to describe this situation...

so many questions for me to think about... tomorrow is school sport meet, i am not excited by the thought of sitting at the bleaches and "cheering" for the competitors... dozzing off or just plain stonning. hahaha... well, i cant run away from it so my friends and i are going to sit at a house that may not belong to us... but heck care, we dont really place much importance on the houses but we are still very supportive of our school sport ccas, art ccas or clubs. goodluck for all of u that are going for the matches and syf!!! smile
